• Can my voucher be delivered to a different address to the one on my OpinionPanel Account?

    Your voucher code can be redeemed for both in-store and online vouchers; however, if you do choose an in-store voucher you will be given the option to enter a delivery address which can be different to the address associated with your OpinionPanel account. 

  • I just completed a survey but didn't receive any points

    Sometimes you may experience technical issues and won't route back to us properly after a survey. If you forward us the survey invite email we will look into this issue for you.

  • Why haven’t I received £10 for signing up?

    You must complete the full registration survey in order to receive the 1000 points (£10). These points can be redeemed for a shopping voucher as soon as you reach a balance of 2500 (£25).

  • Why did I lose 2500 points

    As soon as you reach 2500 points, they are automatically redeemed for a £25 voucher. This is processed manually so please allow up to 3 working days for your voucher to be sent to you.

  • Where's my incentive?

    Your points total can take a little while to update after you have completed a survey. If you haven’t received your points after a day or two please do get in touch and our support team will help you out. £25 vouchers are sent out manually (once you reach the redemption level of 2500 points), so please allow up to 3 working days for it to arrive in your email inbox (don’t forget to check your spam folder!)
